Cannot unlink without password

You cannot unlink Google if you don't have a password set. This prevents account lockout by ensuring you always have at least one way to sign in.

# Billing History

View invoices and payment history across all businesses you own in a single unified list. This section only appears for users who are the Owner of at least one business with a paid subscription.

The billing history section provides a cross-business view of all Stripe invoices. Use the business filter dropdown at the top to narrow the list to a specific business, or leave it on "All Businesses" to see everything in one place.

Each invoice shows the following details:

  • Date — when the invoice was created
  • Business — which business the charge belongs to
  • Description — the line-item description from Stripe (e.g. plan name and billing period)
  • Amount — the total charged
  • Status — paid, open, or failed
  • Actions — a link to view the full invoice on Stripe's hosted page, where you can download a PDF

On mobile, invoices are displayed as stacked cards instead of a table. Each card includes a business name tag so you can quickly identify which business the charge belongs to.

Partial-failure warning

If invoices for some businesses could not be loaded (for example, due to a temporary Stripe error), a warning banner appears at the top of the list telling you which businesses were affected. Invoices that did load are still shown normally.

Owner-only visibility

This section is only visible to users who own at least one business with a paid subscription. If you are not an Owner or all your businesses are on the Free plan, the billing history section does not appear.

Per-business billing

For a detailed view of a single business's invoices and subscription details, visit the Subscription Plans page. The billing history there is scoped to the currently selected business.

# Deleting Your Account

Permanently delete your account and all associated data. You must type DELETE to confirm.

Permanent action

Account deletion is permanent. All your data across all businesses will be removed. Transfer ownership of any businesses you own before deleting your account.
