Plan Overview

Resource Usage
The subscription page shows real-time usage bars for each limited resource. The bar color changes based on how close you are to the limit.

Upgrading Your Plan
The business Owner can upgrade the plan from the subscription settings page. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
To upgrade, the Owner navigates to the subscription page and clicks the upgrade button for the desired tier. A checkout dialog opens with a billing cycle toggle (monthly or annual) and a secure payment form powered by Stripe.
The checkout flow works in two steps: first your card is validated, then your subscription is created. You are not charged until you click "Subscribe." If you close the dialog before confirming, no charge is made and no invoice is created.

Plan Limits
When you reach a resource limit, a prompt appears explaining the situation and suggesting an upgrade.
When a limit is reached, you cannot add more of that resource until you upgrade or remove existing items. Existing data is never deleted automatically.

Billing History
Owners of paid plans can view a complete history of invoices and payments on the subscription page.
The billing history table shows the date, description, amount, and status of each invoice. You can click "View Invoice" to open the full invoice on Stripe's hosted invoice page, where you can download a PDF for your records.
Only completed payments appear in the billing history. Abandoned checkout attempts and voided invoices are automatically filtered out so the list only shows transactions that resulted in an actual charge.

Bonus Days
Bonus days are extra days of paid-plan access earned through referrals. They extend your subscription period and delay your next payment.
When you or someone you referred upgrades to a paid plan, both parties earn +7 bonus days. These bonus days accumulate and appear as a badge on your subscription page (e.g., +14 days).
Bonus days delay your next billing date. If your next payment is scheduled for March 1 and you have 7 bonus days, the charge moves to March 8 instead. You retain full access to paid features during the extended period at no additional cost.
When a subscription is canceled, bonus days still apply. Your access continues for the remaining subscription period plus any accumulated bonus days before the plan reverts to Free.
