View your team, manage roles, and control what each member can do.
Team Members
The team page shows all members of your business in a table on desktop and as stacked cards on mobile.
On smaller screens, each member is shown as a card with their name, email, role badge, and join date stacked vertically.
Understanding Roles
Every member has one of three roles that determines their level of access within the business.

The table below shows what each role can access. Use this as a reference when deciding which role to assign to team members.

Check your role
Changing Roles
Owners can change any member's role. Bosses can only promote Employees to Boss or demote Bosses to Employee.
To change a member's role, click on their row in the team table and select the new role from the dropdown. The change takes effect immediately.
Cannot change your own role
Removing Members
Remove a member to revoke their access to the business. Only Owners and Bosses can remove members.
Restrictions on removing members:
- Owners cannot be removed (transfer ownership first)
- Bosses can only remove Employees
- You cannot remove yourself
Activity preserved
Transferring Ownership
Only the Owner can transfer ownership to another member. The current Owner becomes a Boss, and the target member becomes the new Owner.
To transfer ownership, go to the team page, select the member, and choose "Transfer Ownership." You will be asked to type a confirmation phrase to prevent accidental transfers.
